Jefferson Radiology is seeking a cardiovascular-trained Radiologist to join their 80+ physician sub-specialty group practice in Hartford, CT. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, remote reading opportunities, and a 1-year partnership track. The role involves interpreting CT and MRI cardiac cases, with opportunities for teaching and working with residents at affiliated institutions.

Practice Info

  • 80+ physician sub-specialty group practice
  • All-digital practice with enterprise PACS capabilities
  • Interprets close to one million exams a year
  • Multiple offices and hospital partnerships throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont
  • Offers the full spectrum of diagnostic imaging and interventional services
  • Opportunity to perform a wide range of exams from community hospitals to high-end tertiary care centers

Responsibilities

  • Interpret CT and MRI cardiac cases
  • Interact with clinical colleagues
  • Attend and present at multidisciplinary conferences and tumor boards to earn CME

Compensation

  • Salary range for this position is $400,000-$650,000
  • Annual discretionary bonus

Requirements

  • Cardiovascular trained
  • Ideally Certification Board of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (CBCMR) certified, Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (SCMR) level 2 certified or completed a Cardiovascular fellowship
  • Comfortable interpreting CT and MRI cardiac cases
  • Body imaging across all modalities is a plus
  • MD or DO
  • BE or BC, ABR or AOBR
  • Residency Trained, ACGME Accredited Radiology Program
  • Practice will assist in obtaining licenses in both Connecticut and Massachusetts
