Odyssey House of Psychotherapy is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our innovative and collaborative therapy group practice. This position is entirely remote, offering great flexibility in how you organize your workday. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your caseload, with expected billable hours ranging from 10 to 30 per week. Administrative tasks are handled by our support team, allowing our therapists to prioritize client care without interruptions from scheduling or paperwork. You will have access to resources and support systems that facilitate effective telehealth therapy sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver targeted short-term psychotherapy.
• Engage with clients through telehealth, ensuring high standards of care that align with the latest clinical guidelines.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, customizing treatment plans that address individual, couple, and family dynamics.
• Collaborate with a licensed team that includes psychologists and nurse practitioners to provide integrated care and crisis intervention.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and actively participate in case consultations to support comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Stay updated with the DSM for diagnostic assessments, determining clinical needs and urgency of client situations.
• Evaluate treatment progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed, ensuring clients receive the best possible care.
• Participate in team-based initiatives such as departmental planning and quality management efforts.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client base comprising individuals, families, and groups dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and dual disorders. You will empower clients through evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique backgrounds, aiming to support their journey toward mental wellness.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Must hold an active LMFT license or Psy.D valid in the state of Texas.
• A commitment to ethical clinical practice and maintaining confidentiality.

• Minimum of two years of psychotherapy experience, preferably in a community health or private practice setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
