Regular virtual meetings and feedback sessions are common, allowing interns to discuss translation choices, clarify project requirements, and receive constructive feedback. Effective communication and proactive time management are key to overcoming the challenges of working across different time zones and ensuring high-quality deliverables. This structure not only supports skill development but also provides valuable exposure to real-world workflows in the translation industry.
