Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Game Producer to lead and a team of game developers. The ideal candidate is a seasoned game industry professional with a strong track record of successfully launching games and a passion for advancing the field of medical games. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of game development processes, ensuring the timely delivery of features and content across both current and future franchise projects. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize development workflows, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners
to drive high-quality game releases. *Note: This is a game producer role, not an agency, creative, art, broadcast, digital, live services, VFX, localization, motion graphics, print, or music producer.
Duties / Responsibilities
  • Own internal game development across your team’s projects - work with partners, leading teams to deliver their prioritized work.
  • Partner with key company leadership to review project progress and balance inbound change requests.
  • Mentor other producers who can learn from your process, approaches, and overall depth of knowledge.
  • Own a vertical within a style of game or high-profile client, driving a full suite of games.
  • Mitigate risks and work solutions to keep the full team appraised of changes through clear communication. Develop long-term project plans amp; work to maintain ‘on track’ and ‘on budget’ status.
  • Own tracking tools and reports like Jira and Confluence. Lead sprints, evaluate burn downs, and ensure traction on sprint-over-sprint project objectives.
Skills / Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of professional Production experience, with multiple credited titles across various platforms, including mobile games. Proven track record as a Senior Producer, demonstrating expertise in managing and delivering successful mobile projects.
  • Full-cycle Production experience, from concept through launch or post-launch on at least two games.
  • Experience running multiple product lifecycle models, combining development best practices at the right time (be it Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall).
  • Extensive experience utilizing Jira and Confluence to effectively organize, track, and manage complex game projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, actively integrating their feedback into the development process.
  • A ‘problem solver’s demeanor - adaptable plans, efficient evangelization with internal and external partners.
  • Knowledge of key data collection models - you are analytics-driven and know where to measure and how to apply relevant data metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, firm in your adherence to scope and timelines.
  • A desire to always continue learning your craft, helping others to succeed, and leading by example to set the standard on what it means to be a leader.
  • Experience as a coach/mentor for a diverse production team, ready to level up the team at large.
  • Ability to efficiently work remotely, collaborating and sharing virtually across different time zones
  • Skill to lead efforts through complex communication situations with executives, partners, and the team at large.
