This position offers a flexible work environment, primarily remote, where therapists can perform 100% outpatient work. As part of a collaborative group practice, therapists will have access to full administrative support, enabling them to focus solely on client care. • Provide weekly supervision to practicum students who are either in a Master’s program or pursuing clinical licensure. This entails guiding them through case discussions, offering feedback on their therapeutic techniques, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide holistic care that addresses the various facets of clients’ lives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans, setting measurable goals in collaboration with clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all treatment plans and progress notes are thorough and reflective of the services provided.
• Stay informed about current research, emerging best practices, and advancements in therapy to continually refine and enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our community health clinic serves a varied demographic, emphasizing cultural competence in care provision. You will be tasked with understanding each client's unique background, facilitating trust, and encouraging their journey towards optimal mental health.

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid state license such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT is mandatory for practice.
• Professional liability insurance is a requirement to ensure coverage during therapy sessions.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a robust therapeutic skill set and a passion for helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

• Experience in supervising and mentoring practicum students or interns.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices related to therapy.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively.
