Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans based on the individual needs of clients.
• Create pre-crisis and crisis response strategies, including behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic techniques, collaborating with the clinical team to optimize client outcomes.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our practices meet the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your clinical expertise will play a vital role in guiding clients through their challenges, helping them achieve their personal goals and fostering a sense of community belonging. Our patient population may include diverse groups with varying cultural backgrounds and life experiences, necessitating a strong commitment to cultural competency and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or another related field.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting, providing practical experience in therapy and support.
• License eligibility as per state requirements, with a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate building trust and rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience
