Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to graduate students and interns pursuing their Master’s degrees or clinical licensure, ensuring they receive personalized guidance and mentorship.
• Conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards, ensuring client records reflect ongoing progress and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in professional development by staying informed about current research, advancements in therapeutic techniques, and best practices in the field of mental health.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to a cohesive treatment approach that enhances client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients encompass a broad spectrum of backgrounds and mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery. You will have the opportunity to implement tailored therapeutic interventions that resonate with diverse demographic groups while facilitating personal growth and emotional resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Current professional liability insurance.
• Minimum two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing direct counseling and mental health support.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing supervision to practicum students or interns.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• A background in working with diverse populations, including children, teens, and families.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
