Willow & Bloom Behavioral Health is actively searching for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to become a vital member of our team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide support to clients from the comfort of your home, while still being part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. • Individual and Family Therapy: Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families grappling with relationship conflicts, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression, employing personalized approaches that cater to each client's unique experiences.
• Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate treatment plans, and deliver diagnostic evaluations that adhere to best practice standards and ethical guidelines.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy, to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Enhance client outcomes by collaborating with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring that each client receives holistic and integrated care.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that meets state regulations and clinic policies, ensuring confidentiality and ethical compliance.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide timely crisis intervention services when required, offering immediate support to clients during acute episodes.
• Supervision and Mentorship: If applicable, mentor and supervise clinical interns, guiding their professional development and enhancing their therapeutic skills.

In this role, you will work with a diverse and dynamic client population, including individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health concerns. This includes children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing you the opportunity to make an impact across different demographics within the community.

• Education: A master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: A current and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in outpatient settings, with a proven track record in therapy delivery and client engagement.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and therapeutic techniques.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes.
• Specialized training in areas such as adolescent therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy is desirable.

Willow & Bloom Behavioral Health offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on experience.
