Key Responsibilities
  • Individual and Family Therapy: Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families grappling with relationship conflicts, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression, employing personalized approaches that cater to each client's unique experiences.
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate treatment plans, and deliver diagnostic evaluations that adhere to best practice standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy, to address the diverse needs of clients.
  • Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Enhance client outcomes by collaborating with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring that each client receives holistic and integrated care.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that meets state regulations and clinic policies, ensuring confidentiality and ethical compliance.

Qualifications
