Prestige Staffing is searching for a remote Care Navigators for a contract to hire role. Applicants must live in the lower 48 states yet cannot live in CA. The ideal candidate will have a dedicated quiet work space in their home and high speed internet. We are searching for candidates who have worked in a medical call center environment who know medical terminology and have a passion for helping others. We need a compassionate individual who is not afraid to ask tough questions and seek answers in order to help get the patient a better quality of life.
Details:
Pay: $16-21/hour (based on experience)
Location: 100% Remote
Hours: M-F shifts will range between 7a-9p depending on time zone
Summary:
The Care Navigator plays a vital role in assessing member needs, advocating for essential services, and providing ongoing support to help individuals thrive within their communities.
