As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibility will be to deliver clinical mental health services via secure video chat. You will work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized, person-centered treatment plans based on their individual needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate one-on-one mental health counseling sessions via video conferencing.
• Utilizing evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities to enhance individual therapeutic outcomes.
• Creating tailored treatment plans that address clients' specific concerns and goals.
• Assisting clients in gaining insight into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) or another applicable credential (e.g. LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, Psychologist).
• Independently licensed to practice without supervision.
• A clean disciplinary record with no prior actions against your professional license.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and understanding.
• Proficient computer skills and a dependable internet connection to facilitate remote sessions.
