Travel Concierge (GDS Experience Required)

Position Title: Travel Advisor
Location: Remote - MUST be located in Ontario, Canada
Start Date: October 2026
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Overnight Schedule. Must be available to work on weekends.
Pay Range: Starting from $20.00 per hour + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

   Assist customers with domestic and international travel requests
   Research, book, modify and manage travel arrangements
   Utilize Sabre and other GDS tools to support customer needs
   Resolve travel-related issues quickly and professionally
   Support customers through phone, email and chat interactions
   Document customer interactions accurately
   Deliver exceptional service while meeting quality and productivity standards

Qualifications Required:


   Minimum 2 years of travel industry experience
   Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) is required
   Sabre experience strongly preferred
   Experience supporting airlines, travel agencies, corporate travel or travel reservations
   Excellent communication and customer service skills
   Strong problem-solving abilities
   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
