TheVice President,Client Success-National Marketis a member of theClient Successleadership team in the Progyny organization.This role hasresponsibilityfora team ofclient success managersthat overseerelationships withnational marketemployer clientsand isresponsiblefordelivering on client retention goals, driving revenue from upsells with existingnationalmarket clients and managing key performance indicators to ensureteamgoals are achieved.

This position requires 30-40% travel and is open to candidateslocatednear any major U.S. airport.

• Be responsible forleading and managingalarge market Client Successteam ensuring KPIs are met with a focus on client retention and pipeline management for upsells

• Act as an Executive Sponsor to support retention goals and drive client engagement and advocacy

• Representcompany at client meetings and events to promote the company's brand,buildingrelationships with clients and consultants

• Have an ability toseamlessly articulate Progyny's value to professionals, executives, strategic partners at both employers and channel partners; understand and articulate a data-driven financial model to support renewals, refine our quarterly and annual reports to best meet client needs

• Help resolve member abrasions that are escalated to theClient Success Team, workingclosely with other senior leaders toidentifythe root of the escalation and the best path to resolve

• Implement improvements to account management business processes to ensure success with growth and scale

• Manage a staffing model and compensation approach to scale the team accordingly

• Identifyprofessional development and training opportunities to grow and upskill direct reports

• Travel: Travel 30-40% to meet with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.

• Extensive Experience: 12+ years of strategic and consultative selling experience within healthcare, employer benefits, or insurance industries.

• Led, coached, and supported a team to achieve individual and organizational goals while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

• Client Management Expertise: Proven success managing large, complex employerrelationships, with a focus on strategic retention and growth.

• Executive Collaboration:Demonstratedability to work with and manage expectations of internal executive teams, ensuring alignment and actionable outcomes.

• Negotiation and Influence: Strong skills in negotiation, collaboration, and relationship management, with the ability to influence key stakeholders effectively.

• Communication Excellence:Expertisein presenting complex information and insights in ways that resonate with diverse audiences.

• Analytical Acumen: Strong financial and problem-solving skills to drive data-backed decisions and client ROI.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $185,000 - $195,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
