This is a highly visible opportunity to partner with executive stakeholders, influence enterprise priorities, and help shape the future of data governance, modernization, and delivery excellence.

What's in It for You?

  • Leadership & Visibility - Lead strategic enterprise initiatives and partner directly with executive stakeholders
  • Meaningful Impact - Drive transformative data governance, quality, and modernization programs
  • Complex Problem Solving - Help shape and deliver solutions to some of the organization's most important business and data challenges
  • Collaborative Culture - Work alongside business, product, data, technology, and governance leaders
  • Career Growth - Expand your leadership footprint within a large-scale, highly regulated enterprise environment
  • Enterprise Influence - Serve as a trusted leader driving alignment, execution, and accountability across multiple teams and stakeholders

What Success Looks Like

  • Create clarity, structure, and momentum across complex initiatives with competing priorities
  • Drive accountability and execution through influence rather than authority
  • Partner effectively with Agile delivery teams while maintaining program-level governance and visibility
  • Proactively identify and remove delivery obstacles before they impact outcomes
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships while maintaining a relentless focus on results
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable business outcomes
  • Establish trust through transparent communication, sound judgment, and consistent delivery

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-scale data transformation, governance, modernization, and business-critical delivery initiatives
  • Drive program planning, execution, governance, and delivery aligned with strategic business objectives
  • Establish and maintain integrated program roadmaps, milestones, resourcing plans, delivery schedules, and financial plans
  • Provide executive-level visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery outcomes
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple interdependent workstreams, programs, and teams
  • Drive execution and accountability to ensure commitments are met and strategic objectives remain on track
  • Facilitate decision-making and alignment among business leaders, product owners, data teams, technology teams, and governance partners
  • Lead enterprise data governance, data quality, data modernization, and transformation initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with governance standards, compliance requirements, risk management practices, and audit expectations

  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and business stakeholders to manage risks, priorities, releases, and dependencies
  • Manage risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, dependencies, and action items across multiple initiatives
  • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans that support alignment and transparency
  • Establish governance processes and reporting frameworks aligned with PMO standards and enterprise objectives
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and financial performance across multiple workstreams
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery effectiveness and organizational maturity
  • Support organizational change management, operational readiness, training, and transition planning activities

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise programs, strategic initiatives, and large-scale business transformation efforts
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise data transformation, data governance, data management, analytics, or modernization programs
  • Strong experience operating within Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments
  • Experience partnering with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile teams, and senior business stakeholders while maintaining program-level governance
  • Demonstrated success driving execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes across complex organizations
  • Strong industry experience within wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, or similarly regulated industries
  • Expertise in program governance, financial management, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to influence decisions and drive results without direct authority
  • Experience coordinating delivery across business, product, architecture, engineering, data, analytics, and governance teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile planning, backlog management, release planning, delivery metrics, and dependency coordination
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and workstreams within enterprise-scale organizations

Key Leadership Characteristics

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Action-oriented and highly accountable
  • Known for successfully delivering complex initiatives
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity and organizational complexity
  • Skilled at building consensus while maintaining forward momentum
  • Respected for balancing urgency, results, and strong professional relationships
  • An effective facilitator, negotiator, and problem solver
  • Comfortable engaging senior executives while remaining hands-on with delivery teams
  • Proactive in identifying risks, removing roadblocks, and driving decisions

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Additional certifications in Program Management, Agile Coaching, Change Management, or Data Governance are highly desirable
