This role is entirely remote, providing the flexibility to work from your own home setup. You will have the autonomy to manage your hours, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting ethical, compassionate individual mental health counseling via secure video chat sessions.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to guide individualized therapeutic approaches for clients.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Assisting clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to promote self-awareness and personal growth.
• Monitoring client progress through structured assessments and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to facilitate effective outcomes.
• Encouraging the development of healthy coping mechanisms that clients can utilize in their daily lives.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a diverse range of mental health challenges. Our goal is to empower these individuals by equipping them with the tools necessary to overcome obstacles and enhance their overall quality of life.

To be considered for this role, candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted independent licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limitations or disciplinary actions on licensure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature towards clients.
• Strong competency in using technology and computer systems for telehealth sessions.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are desirable:

• Prior experience in a remote or telehealth therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with solution-based therapy techniques and treatment methodologies.
• Working knowledge of integrating technology into therapeutic practices.

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a significant sign-on bonus, our compensation package includes:

• Weekly direct deposit for convenient payment.
• Monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors to assist with medical expenses.
