• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, creating personalized treatment plans tailored to those needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, using modalities that best suit your clients, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, offering continuous support and guidance throughout their treatment journey to foster engagement and progress.
• Utilize varied therapeutic techniques and methods to cater to the unique circumstances, preferences, and objectives of each client, ensuring a client-centered approach.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and foster a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual format.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding toward clients, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for expression and healing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for effectively managing your caseload and documentation duties.

• Prior experience in remote counseling or telehealth settings, demonstrating familiarity with technology used in virtual therapy.
• Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or individuals facing trauma may be advantageous.
• Further training in evidence-based practices and continuing education in mental health fields will be considered assets.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload managed.
