Job description

Swedish Speaking Aftersales Engineer Location: Landskrona, SE Work Arrangement: Remote Swedish speaking Aftersales Engineer (Remote/Sweden) Advansor is looking for an Aftersales Engineer to become a part of an international team driven by offering the best customer support Your role As our new Aftersales Engineer, you will join a market-leading manufacturer that has designed and produced more than 20.000 sustainable CO2 systems since 2006. We know CO2 by heart, and your role is to ensure our customers benefit from this expertise. You will be part of the Aftersales Department, which handles support, warranty, training, and commissioning support of our sustainable refrigeration and heating systems for customers worldwide.

Your focus will be on securing high-quality technical support and collaborating across our multicultural team to ensure that our customers receive the best service, whether they are in Europe or LATAM. You will work from your home office in Sweden as part of our dedicated, international Aftersales team. We offer a collaborative culture where teamwork and mutual support are key to our daily operations, and since you will be supporting our Swedish market, fluency in Swedish is essential.

As an OEM, we support customers who handle large retail chains and supermarkets, industrial processing companies, and heating segments, all of whom have chosen a green profile with our CO2 systems. We operate in a dynamic, knowledge-sharing environment where solving technical tasks and ensuring customer success is our primary focus. We resolve challenges by working closely across the company and with our global suppliers, whether providing remote support from our headquarters in Brabrand or coordinating with colleagues across Europe, our focus is always on delivering fast, high-quality support to our customers.

In this role, you will be the technical backbone for our customers, providing them with the expertise and guidance needed to operate the world's best sustainable climate solutions. High-Quality Support : Providing expert technical support by phone and mail to ensure customer success. Customer Guidance : Providing a wide range of technical support to meet diverse customer needs.

On-site Commissioning Support : Taking part in the on-site commissioning support of our racks to guarantee optimal performance from day one. Technical Training : Sharing your knowledge through online training and 2-day courses at our state-of-the-art training centre in Brabrand. Collaboration : Working closely with competent colleagues across the entire corporation to deliver a seamless service experience.

The position involves approximately 20-25 travel days per year within Europe for on-site commissioning support. Your background You are likely a technician who loves the "brain work" of refrigeration but is ready for a role that offers more flexibility and less time on the road. We are looking for a team member who is quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and eager to share their knowledge of sustainable CO2 solutions with other refrigeration technicians.

Technical Foundation : You have a relevant technical background, such as a Marine Engineer or Refrigeration Technician, and a desire to transition into an office-based role. CO2 Expertise : Prior knowledge of CO2 as a refrigerant is a clear advantage, though we provide all the necessary training to make you an expert. Linguistic skills : You are fluent in Swedish and proficient in English, as it is our corporate language.

A new additional knowledge of other Scandinavian languages is a plus, but not a requirement. Mindset : You thrive in a multicultural environment where diversity and teamwork are key to our shared success. We offer We offer flexible working hours, and salary is decided based on your qualifications.

Please contact Michael Jensen, Aftersales Manager mij@advansor.com or by phone: +45 35 25 60 03 if you have any questions about the position or Advansor as a workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
