Position Overview
The Arizona Department of Administration is seeking an experienced BI Developer to support the CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power BI environment. The consultant will develop and enhance ERP/HR data integrations, reporting, dashboards, semantic models, and data pipelines while working closely with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders.

  •  Develop and maintain Snowflake SQL, data pipelines, and reporting datasets. 
  •  Work with CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM data structures and interfaces. 
  •  Translate business requirements into scalable BI and data solutions. 
  •  Troubleshoot data quality, reporting, and integration issues. 
  •  Collaborate with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders. 
  •  Support data analysis, modeling, and reporting requirements. 
  •  Maintain data quality and ensure accurate reporting outputs.

  •  Candidates must currently reside in the Phoenix area.
