This position allows for a flexible work-life balance, as you will work entirely remotely from your own home. All full-time counselors can anticipate quickly building a substantial caseload, with the support of an advanced, user-friendly therapist platform. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compassionate and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions via video conferencing.
• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities to develop personalized treatment plans for each client.
• Guide clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships to foster personal growth.
• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Assist clients in developing healthy coping strategies to manage their mental health.
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain client records with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a variety of mental health concerns. This includes clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. The goal of your role will be to positively influence their lives by equipping them with the tools and skills they need to navigate life's challenges and achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently in Arizona, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with clients.
• Strong proficiency with computer systems and telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience

Qualified candidates will have experience in providing teletherapy services, particularly within outpatient settings. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques or cognitive-behavioral approaches is advantageous. Experience working with adult populations with diverse mental health needs will enhance your ability to connect with and support our clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

Acuity International Health Care Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, based on your working hours and experience. Additional benefits include:
