Job description

Restore Leadership Capacity. Drive Meaningful Change.

2pmFIX is a boutique people and organizational change firm dedicated to empowering leaders at the intersection of growth and complexity. We believe that when a business struggles to reach its next level, the obstacle is often a people problem. We don’t do "off-the-shelf"; we build customized, rigorous solutions through our proprietary FIX Operating System to help teams thrive.

We are seeking a full-cycle recruiter to join our strategic HR consulting firm. This is a high-autonomy, full-cycle role supporting internal recruiting and clients across multiple industries and hiring levels. This role requires an individual who can move seamlessly between high-volume hiring, niche technical recruiting, and executive search while partnering directly with business leaders to solve complex hiring challenges. The recruiter is expected to embody the FIX values and 2pm’s passion for co-creating excellent client outcomes.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process when recruiting needs are identified within our diverse portfolio of clients. Our client portfolio is highly diverse, ranging from high-growth startups scaling their teams to established enterprises expanding into new markets. This role is responsible for everything from drafting the initial job description and sourcing talent to behavioral interviews with applicants to facilitating offer letters and overseeing the transition into onboarding. This is a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead salary negotiations, offer delivery, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with 2pm team members on compensation as needed for internal and external roles..
  • Maintain fiduciary advocacy by tracking hours and managing client resources effectively.
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables align with 2pm standards and client’s needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions
  • Proven track record in both mid/high-volume frontline hiring and executive search
  • A mix of corporate and in-house/consulting experience is highly preferred
  • Superior verbal and written communication; strong interviewing skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level
  • Technical proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • JazzHR experience a plus
  • Adaptable across communication platforms (phone, slack, email, various video platforms)
  • Comfortability or willingness to learn AI and automation tools to increase efficiency
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms
  • Located in NC is a plus
  • Occasional travel to in-person company events and client events
