• Conduct comprehensive remote assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and collaborate on developing treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

The clients you will be working with are pre-screened and have been assessed as stable with low acuity mental health needs. This structured approach allows you to concentrate on providing effective care without the pressure associated with high-acuity cases. • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active, unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is essential for this role; applicants with intern status or those requiring supervision will not be considered.
• The ideal candidate will exhibit strong independence, exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—and a proactive approach to managing their client caseload.
• No history of disciplinary action against your license is mandatory.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting is an advantage, as it demonstrates familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual engagement techniques.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
