• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans that comply with regulatory standards.
• Provide timely consultation and develop crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies as needed.
• Document and maintain accurate clinical records and reports in adherence to the highest professional standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to improve patient outcomes in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
• Actively engage in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Maintain open and effective communication with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to foster a network of resources.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private institutions to promote services and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the agency in statewide meetings.
• Integrate the agency’s mission and values into your daily practice while mentoring and guiding junior staff as required.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall mission of the organization.

Your role will center around diverse patient populations, including those experiencing mental health concerns related to emotional distress, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. You will leverage client-centered therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual's unique circumstances, facilitating their journey towards wellness and recovery.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is essential.
• Must possess an independent LMHC license recognized by the appropriate state board.
• Proficient in maintaining clinical documentation and producing detailed reports.
• Strong ability to work cohesively within an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Exceptional communication skills enabling effective expression of ideas and collaboration.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make independent clinical decisions based on professional expertise.

• Prior experience in a community health setting or working with multi-disciplinary teams is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with behavioral health regulations and accreditation processes will be beneficial.
• Experience in utilizing evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings.
