About IMG

Interior Marketing Group (IMG) is a founder-led interior design and staging company serving luxury real estate and ultra high net worth clientele. Led by Cheryl Eisen, IMG partners with brokers, developers, buyers, and celebrities to bring properties to life through interior design and staging, coupled with integrated marketing campaigns of branded events, press, social media, editorial photography, and more. With teams across New York, Los Angeles, and Florida, IMG has built a reputation as the “billionaire whisperers”. The Role

    • Support scheduling and confirmations for events, appointments, and vendor deliveries for high profile events.
  • Partnerships
    • Research and help manage relationships with brand partners, venues, and vendors that support IMG's event strategy.
  • Reporting & Follow-Up
    • Compile post-event summaries, track influencer deliverables, and maintain organized records of partnerships and contacts.
  • Cross-Team Coordination
    • Partner closely with the PR & Marketing team in NYC, and Staging teams in Miami to ensure consistent messaging and timelines across markets.
  • Guest List Management
    • Support with identifying local press, influencer, and VIP to invite to events. Track invitation responses and organization of guest list.
You should apply if you're...
  • Outgoing: Comfortable initiating conversations, building relationships, and representing IMG with press, partners, and clients.
  • Self-Starting: Takes ownership of tasks and projects with minimal hand-holding; anticipates next steps.
  • Ambitious: Motivated to grow within a fast-paced, high-visibility luxury brand and take on real responsibility.
  • Continuous Learner: Curious and coachable; seeks feedback and applies it quickly.
  • Flexible & Organized: Strong time management with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Collegiate Junior / Senior, or Graduate Student currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality/Event Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Interest in real estate, interior design, or luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency across Google Workspace; comfort with social platforms a plus.
