The Knowledge Management Analyst supports the OneStream implementation by capturing, organizing, maintaining, and governing project knowledge across implementation, go-live, hyper care, and steady-state operations. This role helps ensure approved requirements, design decisions, process flows, test evidence, training materials, support content, and operational procedures are current, accessible, and usable by delivery teams, client stakeholders, and sustainment resources. This role emphasizes documentation control, version discipline, approval workflows, handoff readiness, and structured knowledge transfer aligned to training, UAT, documentation handover, office hours, and sustainment activities in the implementation plan.

Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and maintain project knowledge, including requirements, design decisions, process maps, configuration rationale, issue logs, test evidence, and support documentation.

• Maintain a structured repository for approved artifacts and ensure teams are using current, validated content rather than draft or outdated materials.

• Develop job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, troubleshooting steps, and user support materials for training, go-live, hyper care, and steady-state operations.

• Support documentation readiness for major delivery checkpoints, including SIT, UAT, user confirmation testing, training, documentation handover, and agency validation activities.

• Coordinate with functional, technical, finance, reporting, and PMO stakeholders to validate content accuracy, completeness, and usability.

• Identify documentation gaps, outdated artifacts, duplicate content, and missing approvals; drive remediation with the appropriate owners.

• Help define artifact ownership, review cadence, approval flow, version control, retention expectations, and retirement criteria for core materials.

• Organize evidence and support materials to enable smoother knowledge transfer to operations, support teams, and agency users.

• Support office hours, training readiness, and post-go-live stabilization by ensuring common issues, resolutions, and updated procedures are documented and easy to access.

• Maintain traceability across requirements, process documentation, training assets, test artifacts, and operational support content to improve auditability and sustainment readiness.

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting knowledge management, documentation control, training content, or operational readiness in a federal program or enterprise system implementation.

• Strong ability to organize large volumes of project artifacts into a structured, governed repository with clear ownership and version control.

• Experience developing user-facing materials such as SOPs, quick reference guides, FAQs, training aids, and troubleshooting documentation.

• Ability to work across functional, technical, PMO, and business teams to validate content and keep documentation aligned to approved decisions.

• Familiarity with implementation lifecycle artifacts, including requirements, design documents, test evidence, training materials, cutover content, and hyper care support materials.

• Strong written communication, editing, and information-structuring skills with high attention to detail.

• Comfort operating in a compliance-forward environment with formal approvals, documentation discipline, and handoff expectations.

• Experience supporting knowledge transfer, documentation handover, and sustainment readiness is preferred.

• DoD Experience a plus
