About the Role:

The Product Manager role plays a critical role in driving our company forward by leading a product team in establishing a vision and delivering high quality and well thought out solutions that our customers will love. This role is for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing product team, focusing specifically on integrations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our platform's capabilities by building and managing seamless integrations with third-party applications and services. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and partner CS teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful integration solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a budding product manager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role may be filled at a Jr. PM level depending on experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Assist in defining and maintaining the API integrations roadmap by synthesizing market research, competitive analysis, internal and external customer feedback, and business priorities

  • Own API integrations strategy end-to-end: gather and document custom requirements, author user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain comprehensive technical specifications and documentation

  • Take on the role of product owner for the team — manage the backlog, plan sprints, and drive execution in an agile environment

  • Act as the connective tissue between engineering, design, UX, CS, and partner teams to ensure smooth integrations development, communication, and launch

  • Monitor integrations performance and usage metrics; identify improvement opportunities and drive resolution of issues and bugs

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to surface new integration partners and best practices

  • Communicate progress, priorities, and challenges clearly to internal and external stakeholders across all levels

  • Partner with product marketing to plan and execute go-to-market for new integrations and features

  • Champion quality by validating that delivered features meet requirements, design intent, and customer expectations — and enable internal teams through training and documentation

  • Leverage AI tools to streamline product and development workflows, accelerate documentation and research, and continuously improve quality across the team

Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences

  • Strong technical aptitude — able to quickly learn complex software systems and understand how different users engage with them

  • Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and external customers to gather requirements, align on outcomes, and deliver integration products that solve real business problems

  • Proven ability to identify product gaps and deliver clear, data-informed recommendations for improvement

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions

  • Experience in a SaaS environment; Agile/Scrum or Kanban experience preferred

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with API documentation and testing tools

  • Familiarity with common integrations protocols (e.g. REST, SOAP)

  • Knowledge of data mapping and transformation concepts

  • Experience working with external partners

  • A general understanding of databases
