• Conduct comprehensive assessments of student mental health needs, incorporating a variety of assessment tools to create individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each student, employing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, or mindfulness techniques.
• Offer remote counseling through our user-friendly telehealth platform, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality for our clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering strictly to organizational and ethical standards, to ensure compliance with state regulations and facilitate quality patient care.

The primary focus of this position will be on children and adolescents who may face a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Our clients typically include students dealing with anxiety, depression, social issues, or trauma-related concerns. Your role will involve not only direct therapy but also collaborating with educators to enhance learning environments and promote emotional support systems.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, demonstrating a robust academic background in clinical social work.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California, confirming your ability to practice independently and provide clinical supervision.
• A minimum of two years of clinical social work experience, preferably within school settings or with children and adolescents.
• Exceptional diagnostic and treatment planning skills to address a wide variety of mental health issues.

Heartfelt Connections, LLC offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 – $130,000 annually, commensurate with your level of experience and qualifications.
