Working remotely from your own location, you will engage primarily with school-aged clients, conducting sessions via telehealth platforms. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will have regular collaboration with educators, counselors, and other mental health professionals to address the unique needs of students, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their care.

• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized support packages tailored to meet the specific needs of each student, addressing their emotional, behavioral, and social difficulties.
• Conduct thorough assessments through interviews and evaluations to understand students' current conditions, necessities, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Create clear, measurable goals for each case and deliver structured guidance to facilitate progress while maintaining flexibility to adjust plans as needed.
• Monitor students’ progress regularly, documenting outcomes and modifying treatment plans to ensure they remain effective.
• Provide professional guidance, counseling, and psychoeducation to students and their families on best practices for improving mental health and academic performance.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, reporting on clients’ progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in case conferences, contributing insights to ensure a collaborative approach to each student’s care, and provide testimony in court if necessary.
• Act diligently as a key worker in a multidisciplinary team, facilitating communication and collaboration among different professionals to provide integrated care.
• Connect students and families with community resources to enhance recovery and support systems outside of formal therapy sessions.

This position primarily focuses on school-age children and adolescents who are navigating a range of hurdles including anxiety, depression, family issues, and social challenges. You will provide essential support, helping them build resilience and coping strategies that can aid their development both in and out of the classroom.

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or Sociology from an accredited institution.
• A proven track record as a Social Worker, demonstrating effective case management and treatment planning.
• Strong knowledge of social theories, practices, and current trends in mental health.
• An exceptional level of social perceptiveness, empathy, and the ability to connect meaningfully with diverse populations.
• Capacity to assess challenging situations with resilience and implement necessary interventions.
• Must be willing to undergo background checks as part of our hiring process.

• Previous experience working in a school environment or with children/adolescents preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
• Experience with data management systems relevant to case management and client documentation.

This position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and commitment to the role.
