Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized support packages tailored to meet the specific needs of each student, addressing their emotional, behavioral, and social difficulties.
  • Conduct thorough assessments through interviews and evaluations to understand students' current conditions, necessities, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Create clear, measurable goals for each case and deliver structured guidance to facilitate progress while maintaining flexibility to adjust plans as needed.
  • Monitor studentsโ€™ progress regularly, documenting outcomes and modifying treatment plans to ensure they remain effective.
  • Provide professional guidance, counseling, and psychoeducation to students and their families on best practices for improving mental health and academic performance.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or Sociology from an accredited institution.
