• Conduct engaging one-on-one video sessions with clients to support their mental health journey and foster positive change.
• Create a safe and inviting space for clients to openly discuss their emotions and personal experiences, enabling reflection and self-awareness.
• Act as a client advocate, guiding them in defining personal and therapeutic goals that are aligned with their values and needs.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ mental conditions to develop and implement targeted treatment plans using a solution-focused approach.
• Utilize our sophisticated counselor dashboard for appointments, documenting progress, and maintaining confidentiality during patient interactions.
• Provide ongoing support and adapt treatment strategies based on client feedback and assessment outcomes.

Your client focus will predominantly include stable, low-acuity adults experiencing various mental health challenges. These individuals seek to improve their emotional and psychological well-being through accessible and understanding therapy. Our client-centered methodology prioritizes building strong therapeutic relationships, encouraging clients to take ownership of their mental health journeys.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong computer literacy and experience with digital therapy platforms or willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough evaluations, make informed treatment decisions, and recommendations effectively.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapy in a remote setting, showcasing the ability to engage clients outside traditional office environments.
• Familiarity with contemporary evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies tailored to treat diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow for the development of strong, trusting relationships with clients.
