This position offers a remote work setting combined with an outpatient office environment, allowing for a flexible and adaptive approach to therapy. While you will conduct sessions from remote locations, you will have access to a supportive administrative team dedicated to ensuring your practice runs smoothly. • Conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on creating a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their feelings and challenges.
• Assess client needs through thorough evaluations and interviews, developing tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy, to empower clients.
• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and as such, we value cultural competence and sensitivity in our therapeutic approaches. Your ability to connect with clients' unique experiences and backgrounds will be paramount in facilitating effective therapy.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and rapport with clients.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical practices.

• Experience in individual, couples, and family therapy, particularly in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated success in working with diverse populations and a range of presenting issues.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and case management.
• Continuing education or specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
