Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-oriented, collaborative, and results-drivenMarketing Managerto lead marketing initiatives for our diverse product portfolio in the Acute Care Technologies Division. This role requires a strategic, well-rounded marketing professional with strong experience in executing Marketing plans from conception to execution. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Global Product Management and other key cross-functional teams to align on key business objectives and ultimately deliver on initiatives that ensure product and commercial team success.

Essential Functions:

  • Serves as product and market expert as it relates to ZOLL's hospital product portfolio
  • Plans and executes integrated marketing programs, including product launches, KOL engagement, and marketing communication initiatives
  • Collects, analyzes, and communicates insights developed from competitive intelligence and market data. Translates those insights into actionable intelligence for the field sales team and related Marketing Planning.
  • Thinks strategically to create new sales tools and marketing collateral.
  • Assists our Sales Training department with developing and delivering sales training content.
  • Provides support for the North American field sales teams and communicates with other customer-facing departments- specifically customer service, tech support, contracts, and sales development.
  • Sets customer satisfaction as a personal goal to ensure ZOLL customers, field sales and clinical teams receive the highest level of support from marketing.

Skills Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to take complex information and make it useful to customers and sales teams.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Strong capabilities in Excel analytical functions preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel minimum 20%.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline is required, clinical experience a plus.

  • 4-6 years (minimum) medical device or similar marketing experience. Experience/background in resuscitation, cardiology, and/or critical care preferred.

    The annual salary for this position is:

    $85,200.00 to $127,700.00

    This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
