Job description

Seeking a Business Analyst with experience supporting subscription services, recurring billing, payment processing, invoicing, or subscription management platforms.

  • Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes to improve and support business activities, software and systems.
  • Elicit, analyze, validate and document business, organizational and/or operational requirements.
  • Translates business requirements for technical staff and assists in development of solutions.
  • Work with business and project team members to evaluate business needs, define and prioritize requirements, and ensure that process flows and analytical capabilities align with leading business practices.
  • Work as part of project teams to create/enhance/implement business processes and supporting solutions ensuring requirements are delivered as agreed and on time, gathering additional resources as needed. Identify and gather business requirements.

Required Experience:

  • Experience serving as a Business Analyst on projects involving:
    • Subscription management platforms
    • Recurring billing or payment processing
    • Invoicing and customer payment workflows
  • Strong experience gathering requirements, process mapping, and working with both business and technical teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
