• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostics to evaluate client needs and strengths, developing customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Employ established therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies, to facilitate client progress.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create a cohesive approach to client care.
• Participate actively in ongoing peer consultations and case management meetings, contributing insights to enhance treatment quality and efficacy.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Stay informed about the latest research advancements in mental health practices to ensure the continued integration of cutting-edge techniques in therapy.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and face a range of mental health challenges, including trauma-related disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. Our goal is to provide tailored support that resonates with each individual's experiences, necessitating a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach to care.

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Hold an active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or psychologist.
• Demonstrate proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches to fit the distinct needs of each client.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Display excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex client situations.

• Prior experience working with a diverse population, addressing varied mental health issues, is highly desirable.
