This is a completely remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. • Provide individualized mental health counseling and therapy through a telehealth platform, adhering to the best practices in virtual care.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Monitor progress toward treatment goals and adapt treatment plans based on client feedback and evolving needs.
• Engage in regular consultations and collaborative meetings with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solutions-focused therapy, to support clients effectively.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health treatment.

The Mental Health Therapist will primarily work with adult clients who present with a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and co-occurring chronic conditions. By employing a patient-centered approach, you will assist clients in navigating their challenges and achieving wellness through evidence-based practices.

• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in clinical settings is essential, with a strong background in remote therapy preferred.
• Licensure from a State Board as an independent mental health provider (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is necessary.
• Strong ethical principles and commitment to confidentiality, as well as adherence to mental health practices.
• Proficient in using telehealth technology and maintaining a reliable internet connection for virtual sessions.
• Cultural competence and an understanding of diverse backgrounds to provide inclusive care.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with integrated healthcare practices and collaborations with multidisciplinary care teams.
• Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities or populations is a plus.

The Mental Health Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy the following benefits:
