This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while ensuring that our therapists can maintain a strong connection with clients through telehealth services. As part of a well-integrated healthcare team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, you will collaboratively establish comprehensive care plans that prioritize client welfare.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the emotional and psychological well-being of clients, ensuring all relevant histories and factors are considered.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect client goals and therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based practices appropriate to each individual.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group sessions, focusing on diverse methodologies that encourage open dialogue and healing.
• Regularly monitor client progress, utilizing standardized tools to track improvements and adjust treatment strategies as needed for maximum effectiveness.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in distress, employing calming techniques, resources, and referrals to ensure their safety and stability.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure in the state of Nevada as a Mental Health Therapist, including qualifications such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective therapy in both individual and group settings.

A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a related mental health field is required. Candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or substance abuse counseling will be particularly well-suited for this position.
