Verify correct system operation by confirming accurate population of registers and data prior to handoff to third party Building Management or Information Systems (BMS/BIS). Travel to customer sites, as needed, to support field troubleshooting efforts, resolve complex issues, and build customer confidence in Eaton solutions. • Technical Expertise: Deliver technical training to OEM customers and other stakeholders on Eaton products, PDMC graphics creation, and communication best practices, exercising patience and adaptability to varied skill levels.

  • Project Coordination: Lead coordination of communication drawings, ensuring required inputs are collected, transferred to global resources (e.g., Pune), reviewed for accuracy, revised as needed, and delivered to support sales, bidding, installation, and as built documentation. Track communication drawing schedules and milestones, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to reducing overall turnaround time.

  • Continuous Improvement: Capture and share Voice of the Customer insights from customer interactions to support product improvements, identify emerging market needs, and inform internal stakeholders.

You excel in customer service and collaboration, effectively partnering with cross-functional engineering teams to keep clear communication on technical status, issues, and resolutions. You are highly skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible explanations and can adapt your communication style to meet the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You exhibit strong organizational and time management capabilities, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient prioritization, and consistent delivery of high-quality technical support.
