We are seeking candidates in Nashville or Tampa to work a hybrid schedule in either office location. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Responsibilities for the RCMS Configuration Associate

  • Responsible for setup, enrollment, and maintenance of EDI clearinghouse integrations for multiple software EHR and RCMS services customers
  • Co-facilitate RCM implementation projects concurrently, and/or work in tandem with more other staff on configuration updates
  • Works directly with our customers in RCM
  • Advise on, present, and support the RCM configurations of EHR
  • Conduct RCM implementation billing analysis and training sessions with clients to facilitate billing configurations and workflow set-up
  • Resolve client inquiries, maintaining ownership through resolution
  • Maintains required updates and provide direct communication with customer via meeting agendas, minutes, and other project management tools

Qualifications of the RCMS Configuration Associate

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience using EHR applications for medical billing, or behavioral healthcare billing
  • Basic understanding of at least one Qualifacts software platform
  • Basic understanding of Clearinghouse EDI relationships

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the RCMS Configuration Associate

  • Able to project manage and delegate
  • Knowledge of EHR applications implementation principles and practices
  • Requires a comprehensive understanding of functionalities in software
  • Ability to synthesize knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management systems and billing practices to collaboratively plan and carry out implementation activities and configuration updates
  • Requires a strong and comprehensive understanding of system configurations pertaining to RCM
