• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and maintain accurate client records in both written and electronic formats, ensuring consistency and confidentiality.
• Prepare extensively for client sessions by reviewing case notes and relevant research, equipping you to address individual client needs and challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to conduct small group supervision sessions as well as prepare and review materials to enhance therapeutic strategies.
• Coordinate with partner agencies to ensure seamless service delivery for clients, nurturing professional relationships that support holistic care.
• Develop and contribute to clients’ Individual Treatment Plans (ITP), ensuring each plan is tailored to specific therapeutic goals and strategies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, staying informed of best practices in mental health counseling.
• Write detailed case notes, client assessments, and evaluations for documentation and progress tracking purposes.
• Actively engage in meetings with clinical staff to discuss client case dynamics, treatment updates, and strategic initiatives for improving client outcomes.
• Support therapists in scoring, interpreting, and reporting psychometric assessments to further contribute to the client's therapeutic journey.

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. Our focus extends to clients of all ages, from children to seniors, ensuring inclusive care that acknowledges and respects the differences in each client’s background, experiences, and needs.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid mental health license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as mandated by state regulations.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, confirmed by a third-party verification process.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong clinical skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective client interactions and teamwork.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for client counseling and therapy sessions.
• Background in working with diverse populations and familiarity with community resources.
• Knowledge of psychometric testing and assessment tools.
• Proficiency in managing a varied caseload and adapting to changing client needs.

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 52,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
