Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions through our online platform, employing techniques that suit each client’s unique situation.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans targeting their specific challenges.
• Regularly monitor and track client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to promote optimal outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration as needed, working with other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care tailored to our clients.
• Stay current with mental health best practices, continually enhancing your skills to provide the best possible care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a broad and diverse clientele, including individuals from varied backgrounds and age groups, all seeking support for a range of mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their journey towards improved mental health.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting individual therapy.
• Familiarity and comfort with technology, especially in conducting remote therapy sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport and trust with clients.
• A high degree of self-motivation and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing culturally specific mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits
