• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans that address their specific circumstances and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to help clients manage their mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychologists and peer support specialists, to deliver comprehensive care to clients, emphasizing an integrated treatment approach.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, guiding them through mental health resources and advocating for their needs within the community.

You will be working primarily with adults and adolescents facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other behavioral health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon, with no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse racial, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Proficient digital literacy skills with a strong willingness to engage with remote therapy technology platforms.

• Experience in community health settings or outpatient therapy environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth software to facilitate seamless patient interactions.
• Background in crisis intervention and conflict resolution strategies.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
