Job description

Life Insurance Sales Agent | Remote | Commission-Only

Build a scalable career in one of the most stable industries in America - working pre-qualified leads from home, on your own schedule, inside a fully virtual sales model. No cold calling. No door knocking. No driving to appointments. Full training, proven scripts, and mentorship from agents who have already built what you're trying to build.

About ABN Financial Group

ABN Financial Group is a virtual life insurance agency headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, and part of The Alliance - a national organization under Integrity Marketing Group, the largest distributor of financial services products in the United States. We help families protect their income, their legacies, and their futures through final expense, term life, retirement, and estate planning products. Our mission is simple: free families. We believe agents should be able to build an income around their life - not fit their life around a job.

The Digital Shift - Why This Role Looks Different

The life insurance industry has gone digital. Clients request information online before you ever talk to them. Consultations happen over phone and Zoom - no driving, no windshield time. Applications are submitted electronically and policies can be issued quickly. Agents are running more presentations in a week than traditional agents run in a month. This is not the insurance business your parents worked in.

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor | Commission-Only | Full-Time or Part-Time

As a Life Insurance Sales Agent with ABN Financial Group, you'll work directly with pre-qualified prospects who have already requested information about life insurance coverage. Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with pre-qualified prospects from company-provided lead programs
  • Conduct needs-based insurance consultations over phone and Zoom
  • Present and close final expense and term life policies virtually
  • Expand into retirement and estate planning products as you develop
  • Follow a proven sales framework and call script provided during training
  • Submit applications digitally using our CRM and carrier platforms
  • Track activity and results through the company CRM
  • Attend weekly live training sessions and one-on-one coaching calls
  • Maintain carrier appointments and compliance standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

Required:

  • Active Life Insurance License OR willingness to obtain one during onboarding
  • Prior sales experience in any industry
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment for virtual calls
  • Comfortable selling virtually by phone and video
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently on a 1099 basis

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or high-ticket sales
  • Familiarity with CRM and dialer software
  • Experience working remotely or running an independent contractor business
  • Track record of consistent production in a previous carrier or IMO for experienced agents

Compensation and Support:

  • 100% Commission - 1099 Independent Contractor | Uncapped earning potential
  • No base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed minimum income
  • Multiple lead programs - social media leads, higher-intent leads, preset appointment programs, and AI direct-transfer lead flow
  • Full CRM and dialer access through GoHighLevel platform
  • Proven sales scripts and call frameworks developed over years of production
  • Live weekly training sessions and on-demand video training library

  • Career changers willing to get licensed and build real sales skill in a stable, high-demand industry
  • Candidates seeking flexibility who want to build income around their life
  • Sales-driven operators who want uncapped income and the ability to run this like a business

Who This Is Not For:

  • Those who need a guaranteed paycheck or hourly base pay
  • Those looking for a passive opportunity with no personal investment
  • Those unwilling to treat this like a business instead of a job
