Personal Lines Sales Agent
Full Time
In Office and Work From Home Positions
Salary $45,000 + a year
Personal Lines Sales Agent responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Passionate Sales Agent with the ability to utilize product knowledge and experience to sell multiple insurance products from leads provided through extensive marketing sources
  • Identify customer's insurance needs and market appropriate products by following agency sales processes, practices and procedures
  • Efficient with service techniques for assisting client's needs with multiple insurance products
  • Use of Comparative Raters and Agency Management System
  • Maintains knowledge of new/existing products and markets for multiple carriers
  • Meets production requirements and goals with potential to earn a monthly bonus
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Must be a team player with a willingness to work flexible hours as needed and/or required
  • Detailed oriented individual who is competitive and growth oriented
