Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain a thorough understanding of clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans encompassing specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for every client.
  • Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to support clients in acute distress.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance collective healing experiences.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health issues ranging from common conditions such as anxiety and depression to more complex trauma-related disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
