Job description

Zurich (Chicago, IL) seeks an International Service Specialist to consult with Account Teams and manage end to end International Program servicing on international program business service delivery, including customer service requirements, service proposition and handling of various service delivery issues in order to enhance customer experience. Specific duties include: managing the International Program servicing end to end and being the point of contact for customer onboarding of assigned accounts; assisting in matters related to policy issuance, regulatory requirements, reporting, risk engineering coordination, premium payment processes, claims flow issues, and money/currency movement; handling specific requests from Underwriting by reviewing service plan requests, determining feasibility of requests and implementing customer-focused service solutions; providing input into the development of customer specific, value added services for existing and new customers of moderately complex accounts; acting as an account representative by responding to customers service issues and coordinating with the appropriate business partner for resolution; documenting the service proposition including agreed service deliverables and standards; assisting in developing rates and coordinate data entry submitted to the third party vendor and perform quality checks on the entry before information is sent to the network; and preparing service presentations as required; and training new employees regarding International Programs. Option to work remotely 40% of the time.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, International Relations, or a closely related field of study, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Customer Service Specialist Manager, Senior Customer Service Specialist, Customer Service Specialist, Hub Analyst, or similar position managing international program business service delivery. Must have 2 years of experience working with each of the following: multi-lines International Programs Management; IPS (International Program Systems); NEO; MIA (Multinational Insurance Application); NCS tools; International Programs Structures; MyZurich Portal; Global Efile; and Captive and Panel solutions. Option to work remotely 40% of the time.
