About the Role

100% remote job opening for an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive who can lead the service delivery for a large portfolio of mid-sized health and welfare clients. Most groups have 100-500 lives and look to you as a senior advisor who can provide key insight into benefits plans and pricing, claims analysis, renewals, enrollments, and other policy administration throughout the year. You work closely with the sales team and have the support of account management colleagues to manage relationships, handle renewals, and stay up-to-date on service tasks. These are accounts who like meeting with their agency representatives face-to-face, so expect travel about 25% of the time throughout the Southeast/Gulf South region.


Requirements:

  • 100% remote, work-from-home for qualified applicants with at least 7-10 years of employee benefits consulting and client service experience
  • Prior experience working remotely + an active state insurance license
  • Expertise with all funding arrangements (including fully insured, level funded, and self-funded employee benefits)
