What we offer you:

Work is generally remote with no courtroom appearances but you have the ability to work in office if you prefer. Flexible schedule with the ability to work part-time or full-time. Comprehensive benefits offered including medical, vision, dental, disability and life insurance, and 401(k) with some employer contribution. Employees receive paid holidays and vacation, in-office CLE, and reimbursed annual Georgia bar dues. Attorneys have the opportunity to earn monthly bonus pay in addition to their salaries.

What you’ll be doing:

· Using your legal experience and client service skills to solve legal problems across a broad spectrum of practice areas in a limited scope representation capacity

· Drafting legal letters and reviewing documents

· Consulting with clients via telephone

· Researching legal matters

· Providing superior client services and advice

Your background:

· J.D. and licensed to practice law in Georgia, ideally with at least 2 years of practical, general legal experience.

· Prior experience in consumer issues, debt collection, landlord tenant matters, real estate and/or trusts and estates considered a plus.

· Ability to work remotely during standard business hours.

· Proficient user of Microsoft Suite and practice-related software.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus on accuracy, details and meeting deadlines and service goals.
