Responsibilities for Analyst IT Business Systems Data Analytics (SAP EWM/WM/MM) include but are not limited to:

Operational Support:

· Serve as the first point of contact (Level 0/1 support) for Warehouse Management-related issues

· Provide prompt support via phone, email, and messaging platforms

· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues

· Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions

· Provide end-user training and support documentation

· Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation

Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

· Analyze business processes and identify improvements

· Translating business requirements into solutions

· Support process optimization initiatives

Project Support & Delivery:

• Participate in SAP EWM/ERP projects and enhancements

• Support testing cycles and validation

Pay Details: $70.00 to $85.00 per hour
