Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain insightful reports that combine EHR and third-party payer data to support Revenue Cycle operations
Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improving accounts receivable performance and operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into workflows and support strategic decision-making
Troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues, providing actionable solutions and recommendations
Utilize SQL and reporting tools to extract, mine, and transform data into meaningful insights
Develop and maintain audit reports to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor quality control metrics
Act as a subject matter expert ("super user") for Revenue Cycle reporting tools, supporting system upgrades and enhancements
Support Revenue Cycle strategy initiatives by identifying key focus areas and delivering data-driven recommendations
Organize and simplify complex datasets into clear, user-friendly formats

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Two (2) years of Revenue Cycle operations experience in finance, decision support, or related financial analysis
OR
Four (4) years of Revenue Cycle operations experience in a similar organization within finance, decision support, or related financial analysis
Experience with reporting tools and data analysis systems required
Experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or similar analytics platforms
Certification through AAHAM, AHIMA, and/or HFMA preferred
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred

Additional Qualifications:
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check

Physical Requirements
Perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
Sit for extended periods with occasional standing or walking
Use repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and data entry throughout the workday
