  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Analytics.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with healthcare data.
  • Experience building, deploying, and supporting AI/ML models in production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data, analytics, and data engineering best practices.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, and data security/compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
  • Experience supporting large-scale healthcare or public sector projects is preferred.
  • Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one is a plus.
