• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' stressors, goals, and needs, customizing mindfulness practices to suit individual circumstances.
• Deliver structured mindfulness-based interventions such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and holistic therapy techniques aimed at stress reduction.
• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, including meditation and controlled breathing techniques, to help clients enhance their self-awareness and emotional regulation.
• Design and lead group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, fostering skills in stress management and resilience-building among participants.
• Incorporate mindfulness strategies throughout individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health challenges and supporting each client’s growth journey.
• Collaborate actively with other mental health professionals to enrich the therapeutic experience and ensure integrated patient care.
• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining clear records of progress, treatment plans, and implemented mindfulness techniques.
• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice and professional development to continually enhance expertise in mindfulness-based therapies.

Your role will center on assisting a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. You will provide essential support to those seeking guidance on coping strategies and emotional resilience, promoting holistic wellness through mindfulness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic practices with an emphasis on mindfulness-based interventions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to foster a supportive and understanding therapeutic environment.

• Extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is desirable.
• Experience in delivering group therapy sessions and workshops on mindfulness and stress management.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and documentation systems, promoting efficient case management.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
