Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and detailed evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, using standardized tools and interviews to formulate personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques adapted to meet each client's unique needs.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and regularly assess progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and client feedback.
  • Offer teletherapy options through secure platforms for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for all.
  • Establish and maintain accurate documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards to ensure continuity of care and quality services.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and pursuing advanced certifications to stay current on emerging clinical practices and theories.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated empathy and understanding, adopting a non-judgmental stance toward clients in a therapeutic context.
  • Strong organizational skills and time-management capabilities to handle a varied caseload efficiently.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in outpatient counseling settings, particularly with a wide range of mental health issues.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems.
  • A history of engaging in collaborative care models with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
