This role offers a flexible telehealth setting, allowing therapists to support patients from the comfort of their own homes while effectively utilizing technology to create engaging therapeutic experiences. • Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique backgrounds and needs.
• Provide individualized and family therapy tailored to the specific requirements identified during initial assessments, enabling meaningful support during their treatment journeys.
• Efficiently manage documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory timelines.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to help clients maintain stable functioning, while preparing wellness strategies that promote long-term health.
• Craft detailed discharge plans to guide patients' transitions as they progress through their therapeutic paths.
• Maintain adherence to all current federal and state laws, along with organizational policies, ensuring the highest standard of care and compliance in all professional interactions.
• Engage in annual training and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills and stay current with industry best practices.
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing valuable insights to enhance overall patient care and outcomes.
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training requirements to uphold professional standards and enhance service delivery.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds. Our patient demographic encompasses children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to navigate their mental health journeys.

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field that qualifies you for licensure.
• Current licensure as a mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) within the state of Texas.

• Experience in telehealth therapy, particularly with families, children, and adolescents.
• Knowledge of culturally responsive treatment practices and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Diverse experience in crisis management and developing comprehensive treatment strategies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and licensure. Benefits include:
